Lifeline Legal™ operates a “contingency-based, fixed fee system”. This means that we will agree “success criteria” with you. These might be achieving an out of court settlement instead of going to court. Our fee would only be payable if we succeed. If we are not successful, a smaller “contingency fee” would be payable, to cover some of our costs. This enables you to know beforehand, the maximum and minimum amount you might have to pay.

Some clients prefer to have the flexibility of a “task-by-task” fee structure. This alternative sets out separate charges for separate tasks, but on a “fixed-fee-per-task basis” and not on an “hourly rate”. This protects you from potentially escalating costs.
